Community rules
A welcoming football community starts with fair play. These rules apply to game profiles, support submissions and any community rooms GoalRook makes available.

Respect the people behind the clubs
Participation is for adults aged 18 and over. Be respectful in English and Turkish discussions. No harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, doxxing or targeting someone for their identity. Keep posts relevant and let others take part.
Do not publish someone else’s personal information or private conversation. Only share content you have permission to use. Disagree about tactics and results without attacking other players.
Protect wallets and accounts
No scams, impersonation, spam or unsolicited promotion. Do not offer paid claims, cash wagering or investment guarantees for this testnet release. Check links from goalrook.com; a community badge is not proof of staff identity or NFT ownership.
Support never needs your private key, seed phrase, password or recovery code. Redact screenshots and never post those secrets. Report suspected scams through Support. Do not use exploits, automation or multiple identities to bypass game access, quotas or moderation.
Use the right room
Community links appear only when configured. If a community is offered, follow its published room labels for help, tactics and English or Turkish conversation. Respect the server’s posting controls for announcements. Voice-room conduct follows these same rules.
Keep sensitive account, privacy and security questions out of public rooms and use Support instead. Where staff or moderation rooms are provided, access is restricted; access is not permission to disclose their contents.
Reports, moderation and review
Report a problem through Support with the room, message link or relevant transaction hash and a short explanation. Share only the evidence needed and do not repost abusive or private material publicly.
Moderators may remove content, restrict posting or suspend community access to protect participants. Serious abuse can result in removal without a warning. To ask for review, contact Support and describe the decision calmly. Reports and reviews are asynchronous; no response time or continuous staff presence is promised.
Community moderation does not reverse blockchain transactions or rewrite completed football results. Discord also applies its own terms and moderation processes. Read the Terms of use and Privacy notice for the wider service rules.
